How it works

  1. Select supported local text files in File Explorer.
  2. Press Alt + Space and type “Convert to UTF-8”.
  3. Choose whether to include a UTF-8 byte order mark (BOM). Files already in UTF-8 are skipped.
  4. Start the action and check the result.
